Assistant Program

Ideal for stylist with their license out of beauty school looking to build on their education with a structured 1 year program of assisting with the owner and all stylists in Twig. Be ready to tackle real life on the floor, share clients with anyone in the salon by being proficient in all the Twig and Arrow cutting coloring and blending methods. And lastly, get your own chair once you graduate our education program. This is a great way to enter our family and team and learn first hand our approach to our clients. Which will funnel you into a chair and as a junior stylist.

Apprentice Program

This program is built for someone who wants to learn first hand in the salon for Step 1. This program is in replace of your normal beauty school: it is a minimum of 2 years. You dive deep into the real life salon life. You won't learn any bad habits or have to relearn any education. Working side by side with the owner and creator of twig and arrow and the education it is built on. Go through all cutting coloring, styling, ect., and blonding techniques. This program is not for the faint hearted. It is ALOT of information, it is ALOT of time, BUT this program is proven to build incredible, creative, cohesive, and proficient stylist. You have a guaranteed chair after the program, a clientele, and all the knowledge to carry you through the beginning of a great journey and something to truly build on. This program is truly earned and not given.

Stylist

Junior / Senior / Elite

It is not often we hire or have any stylist that has not been through either our assistant or apprentice program. Our junior stylists are fresh out of our programs or beauty school, with 1-4 years experience. Senior stylists have been with us for a number of years have lots of extra education behind the chair, 5-10 years of experience. Elite stylist have extensive years of extra education, along with educating themselves. Elite stylists have between 10-20 years experience behind the chair.

However, we LOVE new blood! We truly value each and everyone human that encompasses our brand. We belive there is something to learn from each and every stylist in our house. Every stylist walks a different path and brings something different and a new perspective to the table. We like to run our house like a cohesive family, constantly helping each other regardless of years of experience. Esthetician / Lash / Microblading Artist

Do you love a good brow? Or how about giving someone that gorgeous set of lashes they always wanted? We love artists who love what they do! Skin, waxing, microblading, lashes – our clients love it all!

We offer facials, waxing, peels, microneedling, microblading, and classic, hybrid, and volume lashes. We have many rooms for each one of our artists, and like to let our artists take their space and make it their own. Each room has a private door entrance and is completely quiet. We love supporting each other and servicing our clients to the best of our ability, so we share and refer clients to each other and grow as a family!
